Upcoming Online Classes

Last BITE SIZED virtual cooking classes were held online every Sunday evening from 4:30-5:30pm EST in your kitchens and simultaneously in mine! Each class session was approximately one hour, focusing on a single topic for only $20 per screen. I designed this gathering time to be interactive, fun and approachable. These one hour sessions simplify dishes that may seem inaccessible, and prove that they are easy to master. My goal is for them to become part of your regular culinary repertoire. Cook along with me as you learn dishes such as souffles, tortilla espanola, gougeres, galettes, and more! At the end of the session, you’ll have not only learned a new versatile culinary skill, but you’ll have made a delicious Sunday evening meal from scratch for yourself and your family.
