Sticky orange & scallion Mongolian beef.  Sticky rice (or cauliflower rice). Steamed jumbo broccoli spears with carrot ginger vinaigrette. 

Flattened Chicken Thighs. Charred lemon salsa verde.  Marinated Beet, radicchio and pasta salad with labneh cheese balls (can be eaten warm or cold). Steamed thin green beans.

Oven fried catfish. Classic Remoulade.  Potato leek salad with scallion vinaigrette.  Fluffy biscuits (can be GF). 

Blackened tilapia. Avocado cucumber salsa. Squashed cauliflower, brown rice & pine nut salad.

Thai-Style Noodle salad: Vermicelli Rice noodles, Crunchy veg (Napa cabbage, bok choy, radishes, carrots) & herbs. Peanut ginger lime dressing.  Grilled five spice Tofu planks.  

Spiced Carrot Pancakes.  Garlic hummus.  Crumbled Feta. Chickpea & Crunchy Herb salad.
