Asparagus stuffed (CHICKEN BREAST, SALMON FILET, GRASS FED BEEF STEAKS). Caper Aioli.  Creamy chevre mashed Celery Root & Potato.  Meyer Lemon sauteed spinach.

Maple & ROOS ROAST Coffee-Rubbed (Salmon, Pork tenderloin medallions, Acorn squash spears). Red wine beurre blanc.  Swiss Chard with roasted fennel, French lentils & panko crusted Goat cheese coins.  Sicilian Lemon & parsnip couscous. 

Thai (Mahi-Mahi, JUMBO SHRIMP, tofu & mushroom) lettuce wraps, shaved radishes, herbs & sweet chili dipping sauce.  Scallion sticky Rice. Green papaya & zucchini noodle slaw with crushed peanuts.

(My 50 lb sheepadoodle, Ruby, eats 2 ½ - 3 cups twice a day. My 15 lb schnoodle, Annie, eats  ¾ - 1 cup twice a day. Sometimes I still supplement midday with a dry food snack.)
