Slow cooked (pork ribs, beef ribs, bone-in chicken thighs): dry rubbed for 24 hours and then cooked slowly & smoked for maximum flavor and succulent texture. Roasted Potato salad, torn basil, pickled red onion.  Farmers Market slaw: finely shredded vegetables from the market tossed with a dill vinegar dressing.

Grilled (Salmon, Chicken, marinated tofu) with leek aioli. Corn Cakes studded with feta, local corn and jalapenos.  Local tomato and roasted red pepper salad. 

Creole smothered (Shrimp, Catfish, Tempeh) on Creamy Gouda Grits.  Fried Green Tomatoes with Remoulade. (email me if you’d like to add an order of biscuits to complete the experience)

GRAB & GO salads:  Seared stone fruit (peaches & plums) salad, Goat cheese mint & pistachios on butter lettuce.  Poppy seed & Sherry vinaigrette. 

COMFORT SOUP:  Local Wild Mushroom Soup

PETITE BITES:  Lasagna Roll-ups. Ricotta and parmigiano cheeses rolled up in lasagna noodles and baked with marinara. (option to add sausage)

FAMILY GREENS: A family sized salad mix of local and seasonal greens, radishes and shaved veggies. With or without one half pint of vinaigrette.

PROTEIN BOOST: Add 1 1/2 pound of simple protein for use during your week: grilled chicken breast, salmon filets, shrimp skewers, pressed and grilled tofu planks. 

BARKY BITES, Human Grade Dog Food:  Finely Ground turkey, shredded zucchini, shredded carrots, shredded sweet potato, brown rice, spinach, parsley, green peas, olive oil. Sold in 2 quart increments.
