Pink SHRIMP Bahn mi bowls:  Sauteed Shrimp tossed in nuoc cham.  Fine Julienned Carrot, daikon & cilantro salad.  Sriracha aioli.  Sticky Rice.   (CAN switch for Chicken breast)

Flaky Hot smoked SALMON.  Creamy shallot and Spinach risotto.  Lemon Asparagus.
