House ground (TURKEY, SALMON, CARROT & HALLOUMI) herby burger patties on gluten-free yogurt flatbreads (can be gluten full instead). Parsnip fries.  Beet & caramelized macadamia salad, cumin yogurt dressing. (GF)

Thinly pounded (CHICKEN, PORK TENDERLOIN, CELERIAC) Schnitzel, breaded and sauteed. (can also be naked) Yukon Potato & Celery salad. Curried yogurt julienned Celeriac Slaw.  (Can be GF)

Seared (RAINBOW TROUT, CHICKEN BREAST, CAULIFLOWER STEAK). Lemon Dill Aioli.  Tomato, Chard and Spinach stew with toasted almonds.  Long Grain Brown Rice & Vermicelli Pilaf. (can be GF)


GRAB & GO salads:  Massaged Tuscan kale, tiny broccoli florets, shaved red cabbage. Quinoa coated crisped halloumi, black beans & toasted pumpkin seeds. Pomegranate Shallot dressing. GF

COMFORT SOUP:  Green Herb Stew: Copious piles of herbs in a turmeric vegetable broth. Garbanzo beans & roasted diced eggplant. GF

FAMILY GREENS: A family sized salad mix of local and seasonal greens, radishes and shaved veggies. With or without one half pint of vinaigrette.


PROTEIN BOOST: Add one pound of simple protein for use during your week: grilled chicken breast, salmon filets, shrimp skewers, pressed and grilled tofu planks. 

BREAKFAST BITES:  Roasted cauliflower cheddar frittatas. GF

ENERGY BARS: Pistachio Apricot Dark Chocolate Oat bars. GF

SWEET TREAT:  Almond flour Chocolate Chip blondies.  GF


BARKY BITES, Human Grade Dog Food:  Finely Ground turkey, shredded zucchini, shredded carrots, shredded sweet potato, brown rice, spinach, parsley, green peas, olive oil. 

Sold in 2 quart increments. 

(My 50 lb sheepadoodle, Ruby, eats 2 ½ - 3 cups twice a day. My 15 lb schnoodle, Annie, eats  ¾ - 1 cup twice a day. Sometimes I still supplement midday with a dry food snack.)
