Greek Island (CHICKEN, SALMON, ROASTED CAULIFLOWER) on a bed of shaved fennel. Lemon Dill Brown Rice. Cherry Tomato, cucumber salad, feta, kalamata olives & creamy beet vinaigrette.

Hungarian (LAMB, TURKEY, MUSHROOMS) Stuffed Cabbage, savory garlic tomato broth.  Caramelized Mushroom ragu on Spaetzle.  Little gem salad, smoked paprika vinaigrette.

Spinach & artichoke Stuffed (CHICKEN breast, PORK chops, BUTTERNUT SQUASH STEAKS). Caramelized shallot Mashed Cauliflower.  Sauteed Swiss Chard with pine nuts.

GRAB & GO salads:  Chili Roasted Squash spears, lentils & feta, radishes & pomegranate, toasted pumpkin seeds on baby spinach. Green tahini dressing. 

COMFORT SOUP:   Sweet Potato coconut & Lime soup. 

FAMILY GREENS: A family sized salad mix of local and seasonal greens, radishes and shaved veggies. With or without one half pint of vinaigrette.
