Simply Grilled (Salmon, Chicken, Zucchini halves).  Tomato aioli. Harissa roasted spring carrots on spiced tahini hummus, toasted pine nuts. Cashew & mandarin Studded Couscous (or Cauliflower Rice).

(Chicken, Cod, Tofu & Mushroom) piccata meatballs: the classic lemon caper sauce on tender meatballs. Spaghetti squash tossed with herbs.  Steamed broccolini, red pepper puree.  (can sub regular or GF pasta)

Mango chutney glazed & slow cooked (Pork Shoulder, Whole Chicken, Celery root). Chaat Masala Hasselback Potatoes, crispy dal, yogurt & tamarind drizzle.  Cucumber & Shredded Beet salad. 

GRAB & GO salads: Pea Shoot & snap pea Salad, shaved radishes, julienned carrots, avocado, soft boiled egg. Vinaigrette dressing with toasted seeds.
