Grilled (Halibut, Turkey Breast Medallions, Tofu) with lemon basil vinaigrette. Zucchini Noodle & Brown Rice salad, toasted almonds.  Cherry Tomato & goat cheese salad.

Pad Thai: Stir-fried Rice noodles with everyone’s favorite tangy tamarind Pad Thai sauce. Layered with abundant herbs, sprouts, scrambled egg, tofu/chicken or shrimp, crushed peanuts & lime.   Crunchy shrimp toast bites.

GRAB & GO salads: Marinated Beet & Burrata salad, quinoa, pea shoots, spinach, pistachios. Pesto Vinaigrette.
